• SAPPHIRE (Ad Hoc Services)

  This package is curated for the DIY'ers at heart! We provide expert guidance as you take the lead. Services include but not limited to ~2 hours of Planning consultations, contract reviews (and redlines as applicable), a comprehensive timeline, a detailed step by step workbook, a comprehensive checklist, hourly check-ins, etc.

• ROSE GOLD (Day of Coordinator Services)

  Services include but not limited ~20-50 Hours of Planning services (to include 10-15 hours on the day of event), extensive communication during the Period of Performance, a team of two (2) event coordinators on the day of the event, review of seating charts, assist with wedding day wardrobe, vendor management, create a comprehensive and personalized wedding day timeline, serve as the primary Point of Contact, oversee rehearsals (as applicable), assist with miscellaneous tasks throughout the day, etc.

• EMERALD (Partial Planning Services)

  Services include but not limited ~60+ Hours of Planning services (to include 10-15 hours on the day of event), extensive communication during the Period of Performance, a team of at least two (2) event coordinators on the day of the event, review of seating charts, assist with wedding day wardrobe, vendor recommendation, proposals and management, collaborate on event design/décor concepts, create a comprehensive and personalized wedding day timeline, review of wedding budget, manage all logistics for transportation and accommodations, assist with guest lists and tracking, vendor payment reminders, assist with registry setups and tracking, program distribution, serve as the primary Point of Contact, oversee rehearsals (as applicable), assist with miscellaneous tasks throughout the day, post wedding assistance, etc.

• PLATINUM (Full Planning Services)

  Services include but not limited ~95+ Hours of Planning services (to include 10-15 hours on the day of event), extensive communication during the Period of Performance, a team of at least two (2) event coordinators on the day of the event, create and/or review of seating charts, assist with wedding day wardrobe, vendor recommendation, proposals and management, collaborate on event design/décor concepts, create and distribute a comprehensive and personalized wedding day timeline, review of wedding budget, manage all logistics for transportation and accommodations, assist with guest lists and tracking, vendor payment reminders, venue/site tours and walk-throughs, assist with registry setups and tracking, program distribution, serve as the primary Point of Contact, oversee rehearsals (as applicable), support with personalized décor/personal touches, assist with miscellaneous tasks throughout the day, post wedding assistance, etc.

• DIAMOND (Full Planning & Décor Services)

  Services include but not limited ~95+ Hours of Planning services (to include 10-15 hours on the day of event), extensive communication during the Period of Performance, a team of at least two (2) event coordinators on the day of the event, create and/or review of seating charts, assist with wedding day wardrobe, vendor recommendation, proposals and management, collaborate on event design/décor concepts, create and distribute a comprehensive and personalized wedding day timeline, review of wedding budget, manage all logistics for transportation and accommodations, assist with guest lists and tracking, vendor payment reminders, venue/site tours and walk-throughs, assist with registry setups and tracking, program distribution, serve as the primary Point of Contact, oversee rehearsals (as applicable), support with personalized décor/personal touches, assist with miscellaneous tasks throughout the day, post wedding assistance, etc. Services also include ~5-10 Hours of design consultation, a team of at least four (4) assistants, setup & breakdowns, transportation/delivery/installation, mock décor presentations (as applicable), assistance with vision boards, space transformation, ceiling installation (as applicable), simple to elaborate centerpieces & tablescapes, assistance with rentals, florals and much more!

• TOPAZ (Décor Only Services)

  Services include but not limited to ~5-10 hours of design consultation, a team of at least four (4) assistants, setup & breakdowns, transportation/delivery/installation, mock décor presentations (as applicable), assistance with vision boards, space transformation, ceiling installation (as applicable), simple to elaborate centerpieces & tablescapes, assistance with rentals, florals and much more!
